SR Designs S Ltd is a company registered in Scotland with Company Number : SC823861

Access to and use of this website and the products and services available. (Services) through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions (“Contract”). These terms form the basis of the contract that will govern our dealings with you. They apply to supply of goods (products) and Services of SR Designs S Ltd (TR.E.N.DING) (us,we or SR Designs S) to the person, company or other type organisation (you, your or customer) that enters into a contract to purchase Goods or use of service from us. 

Please read these terms carefully and make sure you understand them before accessing and purchasing products and services.

Every time you wish to order products or contribute to our site, please refer to these terms, you should check this page regularly  to take notice of any changes we may have made to the terms. The terms and conditions apply to all individuals or entities on whose behalf access our site. 

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not use the site. We shall have the right to at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services and or any page of this site. 

We may also revise, modify or change the terms and it is your responsibility to regularly review. 

The images, pictures of the products on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we can not guarantee that your computer or device display of the colours reflect the colours accurately of the product. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

We have made every effort to be as accurate as possible because our products are hand made all sizes and measurements and have been indicated in our size guide. 

The packing our the products may vary that are showing on any images within our site.

If you are under 18 years old, you must let your parent or guardian know about our Privacy Policy before you register to use  this site or any of the sites services. 

Placing an order:

To place an order on our site, you must purchase a product from us you select the product and add to the basket. Follow the guidance on the page to check out, you will be able to select your preferred delivery option and use if applicable a promotional code. The order process will allow to select the preferred method of payment, you should check and amend any errors before submitting. A special instruction box is also available if you wish any specific request ie “this is a gift”.

Once you place your order you will receive an email of acknowledgement that we have received your order, we will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to advise the order has been dispatched any contract between us will be when your order has been  formed. 

You may cancel an order (contract/purchase) from the date you place an order, which is when the contract between us is formed. You have a period of 28 days in which you may cancel/return products from this point. All items must be received back in our possession before the 28th day.

You must take reasonable care of the products and return the products to us unused, complete with labels in a saleable condition with your receipt or invoice. SR Designs S is not responsible for providing a new parcel bag for the purpose to return. We will refund you to the credit/debit card used to pay for the products.

You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable and within 28 days unsused .

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us. 

Due to hygiene reasons certain clothing items are ineligible for returns/exchanges. 

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relations to products that are not faulty or not as described. The warranty for faulty products is 6 months. Please contact enquiries.sr.designs.s@outlook.com within 7 days with your reference and images of any faulty products and we will assist you with a resolution. Advice about your legal rights is available via websites, local citizens advice centres or trading standards office,  nothing in these terms a will effect your legal rights. 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms, all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order pricing.

You the customer are responsible for ensuring the terms of the order and any applicable specification submitted by you is complete and accurate;

We have the right at any time to make changes to the  information about products displayed on our site, example prices, description or the availability  of the products  and we may do so without giving you notice. 

The inclusion of any products on our site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the products will be available  if you wish to place an offer to purchase it. 

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to any one at any time at our sole discretion. 

We reserve the right not to accepts your order in the event example, we are unable to obtain authorisations for payment, or shipping due to restriction apply to a particular item, or the item ordered may be out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control, or you do not meet our eligibility requirements.

All our orders placed via our site are screened and security checked for fraud, orders randomly selected for  security  cannot be processed until we hear back from you so it is in your interest to include a valid email address with your order so we can contact you to confirm certain elements of your order which may include billing or delivery address, we will however never ask you for full credit / debit card details and very rare we are required to cancel orders  however we do have the right to refuse any orders for the following:

Incorrect Billing information, incorrect debit / credit card number, expiry date or security code, fraudulent information, insufficient/incorrect shipping address (street, town, postcode, city).

We may cancel an order up to 3 days of  confirmation  and a full refund issued to the original debit / credit card,  if we suspect fraudulent  activity and may refuse to process any further orders  with any previous fraudulent order history.  

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 

If an order has been dispatched by us and it is claimed by the customer that it has not been successfully delivered the value for the item is then no Longer eligible for a refund. The value is eligible for a gift voucher or to be resent the original item once again. 

We require full payment of the purchase before your order can be accepted. 

Once the item has been processed and sent via tracked  delivery, SR Designs S Ltd will advise you of the reference tracking number.  We can not accept any responsibility for successful delivered packages to shared buildings eg work placement, universities, shared  postal rooms,, hotels etc - It is your responsibility once the package has arrived at the  requested address and we can not accept if after the arrival it is lost or stolen, refunds are not eligible in this situation .

The reference on you order will appear on your financial card statement as SR Designs S - TR.E.N.DING.  Payments methods accepted are PayPal,  all major debit credit card S and apple pay. You confirm that the credit/debit card is yours. All  credit / debit cards holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we will not be liable for the delay or non-delivery. 

We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can,  all card transactions are processed using Stripe a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment .

We will  take all reasonable care and within our power to  keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence  on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.  

SR Designs S will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of 1 year. 

Customer Registration

You may be asked  if you are a new or existing customer, to register as a new customer you will be asked to provide your details and will be asked to create and confirm a password. We will store that information so that if you place any future orders with us  you will  be remembered as a returning customer, however you will be asked for a password and email address each time you login or order is placed. 

You may register an account for the purpose of marketing and to receive emails of any promotional content, you may opt out of this at any point please refer to our privacy notice. 

Use of our Site

Your use of the SR Designs S Ltd site is your risk, you agree that you will be personally  for your use of this site and for all your communication and activity within the site.

Our site must not be framed on any other website, nor may you create a link to any part of the site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You must not  establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form association, approval or endorsement  on our part where none exists

The site is for your personal, non commercial use only.  You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to SR Designs S Ltd, the server on which  our site is  hosted or any server, computer or database relating to SR Designs S Ltd. 

You will not commit or encourage a criminal offence, breach confidence or be  in any way offensive or obscene , you shall not cause annoyance  to other users, infringe upon the rights of any other persons proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”, or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of ant computer facilities of or accessed through Website.  

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment., computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this site or your downloading of any material posted on it or any website linked to it. 

SR Designs S Ltd  does not warrant or represent  that our site content is accurate, error-free or reliable or that use of  your SR Designs S site will not infringe of the rights of third parties,  SR Designs S Ltd does not warrant that the content  will be error free or free from viruses or other harmful  components. SR Designs S reserves the right to withdraw, temporarily  or permanently any content  from this site at any time and for any reason. Removal may be immediate and without notice. You confirm that SR Designs S is not liable to you or any third party for any such withdrawal. 

We SR Designs S reserve the right to deny you access to this site, or any part  of this site at any time without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion that you engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the terms and conditions , we may deny you access to this site on a temporary/ permanent basis and any decision to do so is final. 

Pricing / Products

All prices of a product  have VAT included at the current rate chargeable in the UK. Prices for the products do not include delivery charges. 

We will try and ensure all our details, descriptions  and pricing are accurate, however errors may occur,  if it is discovered we will advise you of this as soon as possible giving the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price of cancelling. If we are unable to contact you, we  will treat the order as cancelled and if you have paid in full you will receive a full refund.

We have the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information without prior notice, we reserve the right to fill any orders that you may place based on the information  that may contain errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies. 

Promotional Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any orders certain specified purchases via this site. The terms below relate to SR Designs S Ltd 

Only one promotion code can be used per order

A promotion code can not be used after an order has been placed

Unless specified discount codes can not be used on sale items

Intellectual Properties Right

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made by us and available  to you on this site remains the property of US and are protected by copyright laws.

You acknowlege and agree that all ownership rights known as intellectual property rights in the products including all designs, trademarks, brand name, images and logos are shall remain our  property. 

No licence or consent has been given to you to  use our trademark in any way, we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement.  

Delivery

We estimate to get your  order out to you as soon as possible, we estimate your package will be with you within 7  working days however we do use standard 48 hour tracking and will provide you with the tracking reference.  A signature may be required on receipt of your order. For international shipping we will use the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time  and provide the costing. Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays, this should be expected the next working day.
